Have you given that person some time to reply, they may not log in every day. 

They may be on holiday, or away with work, in hospital etc, or their internet connection or pc has "died".

Email them a few more times, and if they still do not respond let us know using feedback. Unfortunately there are a few unscrupulous people out there who effectively steal, but we do ban them as soon as we find out.

Only send us feedback if you have emailed them at least 3 times and it has been over 10 days since you sent your stickers or got a reply.
