If you receive the error

HTTP Web Server: IBM Notes Exception - Field is too large (32K) or View's column & selection formulas are too large

when opening a message, please let us know, your message history may have got too large.

We archive old message automatically but you can delete messages yourself, so you may be able to remedy this your self by deleting older messages to/from that user.
